KTL began its journey into the SAP implementation arena with its first client from Saudi Arabia namely National Titanium Di-oxide Company (CRISTAL). The task: Y2K problem, due in five months. However with a committed team of professionals, KTL was able to deliver the results before the deadline and all modules were implemented. The system was declared Go-live within 4.5 months of being awarded the project.

This feat was well appreciated by SAP Arabia and SAP AG. Since then KTL has established itself as a key player in the Middle East market by attracting many more projects. KTL has been successful in completing projects that have been left incomplete by other implementers for various reasons.
