United National Film Corporation Ltd (UNFCL) of the US plans to acquire a 40-percent stake in Kaashyap Radiant Systems Ltd (KRSL), Chennai. KRSL is negotiating for a price of about Rs30 per share for the stake. UNFCL is likely to offer 50 percent cash and the remaining in equity.
