Kaashyap Technologies to consider bonus, dividend and rights issue

Kaashyap Technologies announced today that a meeting of the board of directors of the company will be held on Feb. 29, 2008, to consider the issue of bonus/ dividend/ bonus warrants/ rights to the shareholders of the company.

The company is scouting for acquisition of the leader company in e-governance services to various states in the country and outside the country as well, so as to become 100 Million USD revenue company.

Shares of the company were last trading up Rs. 0.19, or 4.91%, at Rs. 4.06. The total volume of shares traded was 1,253,233 at the BSE. (Monday)
