Kaashyap Radiant Systems board to consider amalgamation

Kaashyap Radiant Systems Ltd will convened a meeting of the board of directors of the company on March 28, 2005, to consider the proposal of acquisition or merger of Space Computer and Systems Ltd., Chennai a listed company doing the business of IT, telemedicine projects.

The board has appointed Shreenivasan as chief executive officer of the company.

Shares of Kaashyap Radiant Systems were last traded on BSE at Rs3.23, up 9.49 per cent.
