KTL Announces Q2 Results October 30, 2008

A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company was held on Thursday, October 30, 2008 at 11.00 a.m. At the Registered Office of the Company and approved the stand-alone and consolidated Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended September 30, 2008.

The Board also took note the Limited Review Report given by the Statutory Auditors for the quarter ended September 30, 2008.
