KTL announces Q3 Results

A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company was held on Wednesday, January 28, 2009 at 11.00 a.m. at the Registered Office of the Company and approved the Stand-alone and Consolidated Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2008.

The Board also took note of the Limited Review Report given by the Statutory Auditors for the quarter ended December 31, 2008.
