Intimation of Outcome of Board Meeting on February 25, 2009 - Change in Directorate

A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company was held on Wednesday, February 25, 2009, inter alia, has accepted the resignation of Mr. A. Sivakumaran and Mr. R. Dakshinamurthy, Directors of the Company, with effect from February 13, 2009 and February 25, 2009 respectively.

Further, the Board has appointed Mr. S. Thiruvengadam as Additional Director of the Company with effect from February 25, 2009.
