MOU with Oceansoft Information System Co. Ltd., China

KTL has entered into an MOU with Oceansoft Information System Co. Ltd., China (CMM level 3 Company) based in Jiangsu (Shanghai greater region) which is a fast growing IT Company in the areas of IT training and Outsourcing.

KTL intends to penetrate the Chinese market in the areas of IT training and building resources in the areas of SAP, IT Security and Capital Markets to start with. The training will start at 3 existing centres of Oceansoft by May 2008. This will be followed by training on soft skills and building competencies for the BPO sector. KTL intends to use Oceansoft as its major partner and penetrate into the Chinese market by setting up franchise network of more than 100 centres by March 2009 - 10.
