Intimation of postponement Board Meeting

A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company as been scheduled to be held on Monday 28th January 2008 at the registered office of the company and decided the following subjects:

• To consider Un-audited Financial Results of the Company the 3rd Quarter ended 31st December 2007
• Any other business with permission of chairman

Due to unavoidable circumstances and likely non-availability of some of the directors on the said date, the said meeting of the Board of Directors will now be held on 30th January, 2008 at 5 p.m.
