Intimation of Board Meeting on April 16, 2008

A meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 16, 2008, at 5 p.m. at the registered office of the company to discuss the following subjects:

• To consider and approve the proposal of the Company's foray into healthcare by acquiring existing entities which cater end-to-end solutions for all healthcare segments including Telemedicine, Pharmaceutical, Running of Hospitals and Poly Clinics etc
