Financial Year 2008 audited results to be adopted by June 30, 2008

This is to inform you that the Board of the Directors of the company will not be considering the Un-audited Results for the quarter ended March 31, 2008 before April 30, 2008 instead, as prescribed under Clause 41 of the Listing Agreement, the Board consider, adopt and publish the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2008 within three months from the end of the Financial Year, i.e.on or before June 30, 2008.
