KTL to acquire business abroad in ERP Software Development- Board Meeting on June 6, 2008

A Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 6, 2008 at 5.00 PM at the Registered Office of the Company to consider and discuss acquisition of company/ business/ intellectual property rights engaged in ERP software development for Hotels, Resorts and Textile Industries and to decide on the mode of consideration which may be either through issue of Global Depository Receipts (GDRs) on a back to back basis /cash /equity shares amounting not more than 8 Million USD.
