Intimation of the Board Meeting on November 13, 2008 for calling EGM for GDR

The re-structuring of the company through raising of fresh funds and collaborating with companies abroad to take the company on the growth phase has been evident by the excellent performance of the company in the current year and simultaneously laid the foundation for an excellent growth phase for the years ahead.

In continuation to business expansion plans, we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has been scheduled on Thursday, November 13, 2008 at 11.30 a.m. at the Registered Office of the Company to consider the business expansion plans of the company, funds that would be required to be raised in this process and on the requirement of holding an extra-ordinary general meeting for any approval from shareholders for any purpose in this regard.
