Intimation of exercising the option of submitting the Audited Financial Results for the entire Financial Year 2008 – 09 on or before June 30, 2009

This is to inform you that the Board of the Directors of the company will not be considering the Un-Audited Results for the quarter ended March 31, 2009 before April 30, 2009. Instead, as prescribed under Clause 41 of the Listing Agreement, the Board will consider, adopt and publish the Audited Results of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2009 within three months from the end of the Financial Year, i.e. on or before June 30, 2009.
