Note:
1. The above un-audited results have been taken on record by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on 30.10.2008.
2. The above results were reviewed by the Audit Committee.
3. A Limited Review of the financial results has been carried out by statutory auditors of the Company.
4. During the quarter the company has issued bonus shares in the ratio of 1:6 (63599273 Equity Shares of Re. 1 each) and the same was alloted on August 18, 2008.
5. The company had allotted equity shares on a preferential basis on June 30, 2008 to the shareholders of Space Hospitals Limited. Hence, the financial results of Space Hospitals Limited has been grouped in consolidated financial results of the company from the second quarter only.
6. Figures are re-grouped wherever necessary.
7. Number of Investors Grievances pending at the beginning of the quarter, received and disposed off during the quarter and lying unresolved at the end of the quarter - NIL.
