Intimation of Board Meeting on December 27, 2007

A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on 27th December 2007, at 5 p.m. at the registered office of the company and discuss the following subjects:

In continuation of corporate goals and objectives set towards reaching 100 Million USD revenue, the Company has identified a US based Company Logic Bytes Inc., New Jersey for acquisition. The Company has a potential revenue of 25 Million USD in next three years time and the Company is considering seriously to acquire this Company.

Logic Bytes Inc. provides software solutions to many business companies by undertaking web development, networking and client/ server projects. Logic Bytes Inc. has a variety of clients in healthcare, telecommunication, insurance, commercial banking, investment banking/ brokerage, asset management, consumer finance, securities, insurance, and diversified financial and IT development services.

A feasibility report on acquiring Logic Bytes Inc. will be submitted by the Management to the Board in the forthcoming Board Meeting scheduled on December 27, 2007."
